The Revolution^™ uses our patent-pending MQL technology to integrate seamlessly with CNC machines. The system can be configured with one or two oil/air outputs which can be used for either external spray nozzles or through-the-spindle lubrication. The output volume of the Revolution^™ can be tailored to each tool in a machine directly from the CNC program, allowing for optimization of each machining process. Additionally, the Revolution^™ includes an optional pulsed Air Blow-off Nozzle for removing chips in difficult operation like pocket milling. This system was developed specifically for OEM installation on CNC machines, but it can also easily be retrofitted on most existing machines with available M-code outputs.
