Shipping within Australia & New Zealand
Orders from Unist Australia are only available for delivery within Australia and New Zealand.
Our delivery network covers most addresses in Australia and New Zealand, but not every service is available in every area, and more remote areas may incur transport delays.
All Unist Australia orders taken before 2.00pm weekdays (AEST) between Monday and Friday, and within our normal operating hours will go out for dispatch within 24hours (providing items are in-stock at time of order). However, this time may be extended beyond 48 hours when ordering has taken place during holiday breaks, public holidays, or for orders made over weekend periods.
All Unist Australia orders that are custom made will take between 4-6 weeks for delivery, dependant upon stock and order quantities.
Delivery
Unist Australia will use all reasonable endeavours to have all ordered items ready for delivery to you as soon as possible. Unist Australia is not liable for any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) arising from delays in delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the ordered items against the delivery note at the point of delivery. Unist Australia is not responsible for any discrepancy between the delivery note and the items actually delivered unless notified in writing by you within seven days following receipt of delivery.
