Equipment

Unist Australia Pty Ltd ACN 34 121 025 161 (“the company”) offers to sell to the buyer equipment as specified.

You confirm that you will comply with all relevant laws before the equipment is used. You accept all responsibility for failure to comply with any relevant law for the supply, installation, and use of the equipment and indemnify and hold harmless the company from any claims, loss or penalties or any expense whatsoever which might be imposed for failure to have an operational guarding system.

Price

The price for the equipment (“price”) is as quoted.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

The price is exclusive of GST which is payable by you in addition to the price of the equipment and for which the company will furnish to you a tax invoice.

Date of Delivery

The company will use its reasonable endeavours to have the equipment ready for delivery to you as soon as possible. The company will not be liable for any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) arising from delays in delivery that are caused by the suppliers of the company. In the event of such excused delays, the date of delivery will be adjusted. No excused delay will relieve you from your obligation to accept and pay for the equipment.

Verification on Delivery

It is your responsibility to verify the equipment against the delivery note at the point of delivery. The company will not be responsible for any discrepancy between the delivery note and the equipment actually delivered unless notified in writing by you within seven days following delivery to the point of delivery.

Drawings and Dimensions

All drawings and specifications will remain the sole property of the company and must not be copied or divulged to any third person without the prior written consent of the company.

Risk

Equipment supplied by the company to you will be at your risk immediately from the time of delivery to the point of delivery.

Warranty

The company warrants that the equipment will, at the date of delivery to the point of delivery, comply with all applicable Australian standards.

UNIST warrants to the Purchaser that the equipment is free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. When UNIST Coolube™ lubricant is used exclusively in the equipment, UNIST warranties its positive displacement pumps for as long as the original purchaser owns the equipment (lifetime). In all cases electronic parts are covered for 180 days. This warranty does not cover normal service parts or parts that fail due to chemical attack, incompatible fluids, abuse, improper service, or improper use. There is no warranty of merchantability or fitness of purpose. UNIST reserves the right to correct any defect by either repairing or replacing defective parts or refunding the purchase price. Warranty returns must be done in compliance with UNIST's return policy.

Coolube® Lifetime Pump Warranty

The Coolube® Lifetime Pump Warranty means that Unist MQL system owners who use Coolube® exclusively in their systems enjoy a lifetime warranty on their system’s pumps.

Lifetime Pump Warranty.

When Unist MQL application systems are used exclusively with Unist Coolube® products, Unist warranties its positive displacement metering pumps for as long as the original purchaser owns the equipment (lifetime). Should a pump used solely with Coolube® fail, contact Unist to receive a pump rebuild kit free of charge.
The Coolube® Lifetime Pump Warranty only covers the life of the positive displacement pumps. Other parts are covered by Unist’s standard warranty terms. This warranty does not cover accidental damage due to operator error.
